Description

We present natural Rose Alba hydrolate for perfumery, obtained from the inflorescences of the plant of the species Rosa alba. It is known as Rose Alba natural hydrolate for perfumery. The Rosaceae family unites the species, and the fields with plantations lie on cultivated land in Bulgaria. The epidermis of the petals with conical cells releases the aromatic substances of the flower and gives the flower raw material a rich aromatic character and great strength. The scent stands at a high level across its entire strength. The fresh, soft and sweet nuances build the aromatic type of the finished aromatic liquid. The tone of the finished distillate ranges from colorless to slightly pink without deviations. The hydrolate remains liquid throughout its entire volume. Cultivation according to the natural order excludes external substances from the gardens, which is why the composition of the distillate is free of foreign preservatives and added colorants. Extraction with the help of water vapor preserves the exact character of the aromatic picture and keeps the scent within the limits of the flower material itself. The leading constituent of rose water distillates is phenylethyl alcohol with its high share. In the white oil-bearing rose, geraniol stands above citronellol in the aqueous phase of the distillate. Citronellol and nerol are also part of the volatile fraction of this species. In addition, the great strength of the scent and the richness of the flower raw material go together, since the same volatile substances stand behind these two aspects. It is precisely extraction with water vapor that links the flower raw material with the pure scent. The finished liquid combines a strong scent, a light pink color and a composition from the flower material itself.

Application
Rose Alba hydrolate from the flowers, extracted by steam distillation, is a valuable ingredient in perfumery thanks to its refined floral aroma. It is used in eaux de toilette with an elegant character, in body sprays and in scented hair mists with a light floral touch. The hydrolate serves as a base for compositions with soft notes, essences with a classic profile and water-based fragrances with a fine texture. It is suitable for scenting clothes and fabrics, as well as for essences that build luxury boutique collections with a rose accent. In light formulas it adds freshness and airiness, while in rich blends it emphasizes the depth of the floral character. Thanks to its elegance and delicate longevity, the product fits naturally into a variety of compositions for everyday and special occasions, preserving the characteristic rose imprint over time.
